Start the day off right with a filling, delicious breakfast full of whole ingredients.

Organic oatmeal w/ honey and berries

Start with your favorite oatmeal and cook according to the directions on the package. Top with any of your favorite toppings, including berries, nuts, agave or honey.

Yogurt bowl

Grab your favorite nonfat yogurt (I love Chobani), and top with berries, honey and walnuts. Enjoy!

Scrambled eggs w/mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes

Mix your eggs (I do 2 per person) with a dash of milk, and salt and pepper. Cook most of the way, and mix in chopped spinach, halved tomatoes and mushrooms. Finish cooking and pair with your favorite piece of toast.
